A Kondorosról elszármazott világhírű szobrász Magyarországra érkezett

A híres alkotóművész elsőként Budapesten, korábbi sikerei helyszínén töltött el pár napot meglátogatva néhány ismerősét, Bojár Iván András művészettörténészt és Iványi Biancát művészeti vezetőt az OktogonArt Galériában.

 

A művész 1956-ban emigrált, a 60-as évek elején Mexikóba költözött, és Mexico Cityben telepedett le. A szobrász 1956 és 1992 között nem lépett magyar földre, utána is csak két kisebb saját kiállítást láthatott tőle a nagyközönség.

 

Kepenyes Pál most hazánkba látogat, s holnap Békéscsabára utazik, ahonnan Kondoroson élő rokonságához is hazalátogat a következő napokban. A szobrászművész egy új kollekciót hoz magával, mely hamarosan a Békés Megyei Munkácsy Mihály Múzeumban lesz látható.

 

A nemzetközi hírű szobrászművésszel hamarosan hosszabb-rövidebb beszélgetéseket találhatnak weboldalainkon, s rendhagyó képes interjúkat közlünk életről; művészetről, történelemről és a nagyvilágról.

The world-famous sculptor, of Kondoros descent, arrives in Hungary

 

Pál Kepenyes, an artist who has lived in Mexico for over 50 years now, having become world-famous in his second homeland, has arrived in Hungary.

 

The famous artist first spent some days in Budapest, the location of his firmer successes, visiting some friends: Iván András Bojár, art historian and Bianca Iványi, artistic leader at OktogonArt Gallery.

 

The artist emigrated from Hungary in 1956, he moved to Mexico in the early 1960s settling down in Mexico City. Pál Kepenyes did not step onto Hungarian ground from 1956 to 1992 and even after that only two smaller own exhibitions could be seen by the audience.

 

Pál Kepenyes is now visiting home, travelling to Békéscsaba tomorrow from where, in the upcoming days, he is travelling to see again his relatives living in Kondoros. The sculptor has taken along a new collection which can soon be seen at Munkácsy Mihály Museum in Békéscsaba.

El famoso escultor, descendente de Kondoros, llegó a Hungría

 

Pál Kepenyes, el escultor quien está viviendo desde hace más de cincuenta años en México y se convirtió famoso en su segunda patria, llegó a Hungría.

 

Primero, el artista pasó algunos días en Budapest, en la escena de sus éxitos anteriores, visitando sus amigos a Bojár Iván András, historiador de arte e Iványi Bianca, directora artística de la Galería OktogonArt.

 

El artista emigró a México a principios de los años 1960, y se estableció en Ciudad de México. El escultor no pisó tierra húngara entre 1956 y 1992 , y después tampoco tenía más de dos exposiciones.

 

Pál Kepenyes hace una visita en Hungría y mañana viajará a Békéscsaba. En los próximos días, de allí va a visitar sus relativos en Kondoros. Trae una nueva colección que se podrá ver en el Békés Megyei Munkácsy Mihály Múzeum.

 

Dentro de poco podrán ver unas charlas largas o breves y entrevistas irregulares sobre la vida, el arte, la historia y el mundo.
